How to Get Help for Elamant without Contacting Support.

The concept in which Elamant was built on, seems to have somehow gotten misinterpreted or lost altogether somewhere along the line. This game of broken telephone isn’t working. Thus, let me explain to you in as many colorful words as I can, to paint you a picture of our beloved Elamant Nation.

The Delusion.

There is a great misconception of what Elamant actually pays you for, other than shopping slips/receipts. Elamant is NOT a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company. Therefore, you do not earn a commission from your down-liners. This means that Elamant does not pay you for recruiting and or for the number of people in your team. Instead, we have a Consultation Compensation Program in place. The program does not allow for commissions to be paid. Rather, consultants are paid for the services they provide for the company and compensated at an hourly rate. You may receive compensation from US$20 to US$450 per hour depending on the level of responsibility you undertake.

The Actuality.

Accordingly, our Elamant Nation is governed under strict rules and regulations, and within them, are Members Policies and Procedure. The main part of this document that we are going to focus on, falls under Elamant’s Consultancy Program. Which states:

With our Exclusive Consultant Program, consultants are paid for the services they provide for our company and compensated at an hourly rate. Like other careers and traditional businesses: the more responsibility you have, the more money you qualify to get paid. For maintaining and supporting a larger number of members in your network, you will be allotted more hours to turn in. No matter the level achieved, our consultants must perform valuable services for our company. To help educate, train, and support our members in our network, or consultant fees will not be earned. As your membership network grows, so does your service level.

In consideration of the aforementioned, I find it perplexing that people are still don’t know their port of call when it’s clearly written out. By training, educating, and supporting your growing network of Elamant members, you may qualify to receive hourly compensation. Anything other than that, quite simply means you are not doing your job.

The fact of the matter is:

In that regard, why am I getting messages and calls at an ungodly hour from people who are not in my network asking me questions about Elamant? Where are your up-liners? What are they doing? Why are they getting paid? Furthermore, what are they putting in their time reports if they are not assisting you with your queries? What are they saying they have been doing to earn their money?

Follow your chain of command.

Let me walk you through a brief illustration of how this is supposed to work. AND why there should be absolutely no reason to call a perfect stranger (me) at 2 in the morning for Elamant inquiries!

As a new Premium member, you are very green in the business (illustrated with the green square labeled “P” in the chart). You don’t know much of anything about the business and thus you relay on your up-liner for information – the Founder ranking up-liner (represented by the yellow square labeled “F”). From there, if they can’t give you answers, you move up a rank to the Consultant (shown with a blue square written “C”). If there is still any doubt, you go up to the Senior Consultant (demonstrated by the grey “S” square). No luck there, you move to the Executive Consultant (symbolized by the orange “E” square). For whatever reason, if none of the above-mentioned up-liners cannot give you an acceptable answer or simply cannot be found, you go find your Manager (exhibited with the purple square labeled “M”). Now, if all this fails, move up the ranks until you get to the Executives if you have to!

The bottom line is, you can’t go up all those ranks and not find someone with answers. If that’s the case, you are in the wrong team and you should have joined mine! (Laughs).

VIDEO EXPLANATION FROM OUR TEAM:

Team Dynamics.

In my team, we take Education, Training, and Support VERY seriously! We believe in duplication, therefore the responsibility of knowledge does not fall on one person, but the entire team! So no one person is answerable for the success of the team, but each individual. We work with accountability partners to keep each other on track and in smaller, more manageable groups. All this considered, the only person I would expect not to have a wealth of knowledge is a brand new premium member. And this is only because they would have not gone through our team’s vigorous Elamant Boot Camp!

Conclusion.

If you know what’s good for you, the first thing you would do before joining an Elamant team is doing extensive research on them. If you are lucky, you will find one of my articles or my fellow team member’s videos or something, and join under me. I will guarantee you that I will be your training wheels until you can ride on your own. Even then I will pop in once in a while for your routine oil change. (I know, I mixed references. Calm down.)

My dearest Elamant Nation, let’s comply with the rules and regulations of the company. It’s the only way we can ensure our nation stays around for years to come.
